In 1923, the O'Keefe family relocated the O'Keefe Funeral Home to Biloxi at 601 W. Howard Avenue. Jeremiah Joseph "Ben" O'Keefe II established the O'Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi and would later own and manage O'Keefe Funeral Service. Jeremiah "Ben" also established the O'Keefe Burial Association to help families fund funerals.

Jeremiah J. "Ben" O'Keefe II and his wife, Theresa "Tess" Slattery O'Keefe had four children, Alice Mary O'Keefe, Jeremiah Joseph "Jerry" O'Keefe III, John Benard O'Keefe, and Joseph Benjamin O'Keefe. When Jeremiah J. "Ben" O'Keefe II became ill, Jeremiah J. "Jerry" O'Keefe III assumed management of O'Keefe Funeral Service.
